I qualified from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION) in 2007 after a period of 4 years training. I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), and am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I am a real foodie and absolutely encourage the enjoyment of food! My guidance is realistic, practical and achievable – always with the goal of improved health and well being. In additon to one-to-one consultations, my services extend to helping clients with all aspects of nutrition, from empowering them to make intelligent choices at the supermarket, clearing and restocking kitchen cupboards, teaching the cooking of simple, healthy meals and providing realistic meal plans to suit all lifestyles. I work closely with a number of excellent chefs. I also cook deliciously healthy dishes for home delivery.
In addition to my work with Freer Nutrition, I work as a team member and advisor to a variety of companies including luxury hotel chains, retreats, spas and gyms, and I regularly write and contribute articles to the local and national press.
